During the festive season, do keep well, hydrate yourself, stay away from heaty food stuff, sleep early and rest well. Do not take part in other nonsensical activities that may result in injuries and caused you to sit out for the rest of the netball season :(

NOTEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

1. Trngs resuming on 22nd july, wednesday from 230 to 430pm - 2hours!
2. Venue: Basketball court. our-netball-court!!!:(
3. Any girls feeling unwell- flu-like symptoms, sore throat, fever, pleas inform parents, you have to go home see the doctor.
   
4. Anyone who is unwell should not be involved in CCA-school's stand.
   
5. Important- No sharing of water bottle, towel and to change after training.
   
6. Please bring along your thermometer with you for every training.

PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF OK!!!!

PS: Ycknetball blog is abt one year and one month's old.
